"Loved the location and the hotel itself. Unfortunately, there is a bar directly across the street that played extremely loud music from about 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. The noise was so intense that our room literally shook, and we ended up losing two nights of sleep. We spoke with hotel staff both evenings, but the issue was never resolved. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this likely isn’t the right spot. If you’re looking for a lively, party atmosphere, it might be a good fit."

"Do not stay at this hotel on a night that the nearby night club Piedra de la Iguana is playing. The whole room was pounding from the bass all night long with no way to block the noise. The other nights the hotel was satisfactory with easy access to Playa Zicatela and the pool was nice for hanging out during the hottest part of the day. "
