When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "
