We were expecting a room plus a common area for the kids to sleep. It turned out that we were to sleep in one small common area, Japan style. Uncomfortable but ok for one night.

Overall, it was an okay stay but far from outstanding/excellent. The food was okay but the hot spring (onsen) facility was not clean. The water inside the main bath tub was not fresh/clean and I could see some hair floating.

Great hotel with awesome service.
The food and it's presentation was exquisite. And so much of it. A complete banquet . If you love sea food then heaven awaits. All the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and there are staff that speak excellent English that made us feel very welcome and special. I must add that breakfast is a banquet buffet and also fabulously presented.

A bit disappointed
As my mother's knees are weak and not fit for tatami, we have requested a room with western bed with reason, but they did not give advance notice of the unavailability of such room. In addition, the bedroom was worn out and the chairs were burnt with holes. Yet, the staff there are friendly and nice.

완벽했습니다! 부모님과 함께한 온천여행이었는데 가이세키도 훌륭하고 내부시설도 조용하고 아름다워서 부모님도 저도 만족했습니당 ㅎㅎ 또가고싶어요! 다만 온천탕(실외,실내)의 물 상태가 지저분해서 의아했어요..😭청소를 안하시는것인지, 원래 그렇게 해야하는것인지 궁금합니다!! 아무튼 숙소 자체는 최고였어요!!👍

아주 가성비좋은 료칸입니다 프라이빗 욕탕사용이 인상적이며 조용합니다 직원들 서비스가 아주 친절합니다 다만 하카타공항에 오후 늦게 도착할 경우 버스로 이동하면 벳푸역 동편에서 호텔 숙소 셔틀을 놓치게 되어 있습니다 오후 6시가 마지막 셔틀이니 참고하시고 이럴경우 택시를 타면 15000원 정도 나옵니다 주변에 편의점이 없습니다 전반적으로 가족이 편하게 온천을 즐기실꺼면 강추입니다

全体的に施設は綺麗な方だったと思います。不快な思いをするようなことは無かったです。スタッフの方もご丁寧に笑顔で対応してくださり良かったです。 お夜食をいただけるのを知らなかったので、突然お夜食が運ばれてきたのは少しびっくりしました。

ネットて申し込みましたが、食事が部屋食なのかわかりませんでした。 11人だったので、地下の個室でした。 音楽も何もなく、少し寂しい感じがしました。 タオルやバスタオルは、風呂に入るごとに新しいものを使いたいと思いました。 大浴場のシャンプーやトリートメント、ボディーソープは、とてもいいものでした。 お水も、ペットボトルで用意されてて、良かったと思います。 スタッフの方も、一生懸命にお仕事をしているのが伝わりました。とてもいい印象を受けました。 両親の金婚式のお祝いの旅行で、とても良い思い出となりました。
