The private Onsen in the room is nice, it was raining during our stay, but the private Onsen is sheltered yet still can feel the open air.

I was extremely pleased with this property. I was not expecting the high level of customer service and everything from the dinner and breakfast meals to the location, ocean view, and architecture were top-notch!

每間房面對海，非常優越，周邊景色不錯，可看到日出，須然洒店不大，但設施及活動能滿足客人需要，我最欣賞係餐廳設計，有好大空間給客人，保持私隱度,能舒適享受餐飲. 又近別府JR站，我會再來的。

Both The spas indoor and outdoor are clean and well managed. There are fun activities, cooking ramen, making cookies, playing games and a show at night. It’s good to relax in this hotel with a panoramic ocean view.

좋지 않은 리뷰가 있어서 걱정했으나 기우였습니다. 그동안 개선이 됐을 수도 있겠지만, 후쿠오카 공항에서 버스로 온다면 기타하마 정류장에서 걸어 1분 거리이고 아침저녁 식사도 훌륭하고 스탭들도 친절합니다. 지난번 호시노 카이 계열 하코네 호텔에 묵었었는데, 욕장이나 식사나 하코네 카이보다 좋았어요. 가족여행이라면 액티비티가 많아 더 좋을 겁니다

星野リゾートなので期待してたのですが客層がひどい マスクなしで4、5人で大声で話していたりお風呂の脱衣所は使ったタオルがカゴにあらっぱなしで片付けない

ベットの配置と水周りの配置が不快でした。 電灯のスイッチ位置がわかりにくい。 レストランへ階段で行く。ガッカリ。 星野やの名前と施設内容にズレがある。
