"I've been coming to the Plaza for nearly 30 years. I used to live in NYC. I've been staying at a hotel for many years. The staff is incredible! The rooms are lovely! My only complaint is that each year there are fewer and fewer vegetarian options. They took the Impossible Burger and the Tofu sandwich off the menu. It is nothing to have a few frozen Impossible or Beyond Burgers in the freezer. Outside of breakfast and afternoon tea, there isn't much else. Forget about it if you're dining in the bar area. We travelled with our folks this time, who didn't feel like going out to dinner. We ended up having to order through Uber Eats due to the limited options. I've stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. This hotel has the fewest options of all of them. But I still enjoy staying there. It's a great location. "
"I loved that this hotel was right in the action of the city, but we felt very safe. It was great to only take a taxi to and from the airport for a quick weekend visit. Our main mission was Hamilton, and it's a quick walk to Richard Rogers Theatre. "
"I had an incredible experience with the security team at [Hotel Name] in New York. I misplaced my designer sunglasses during my stay, and their staff went above and beyond to help. Not only did they locate my missing item quickly, but they also arranged to have it securely shipped all the way back to me in Georgia. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guests truly stood out, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to see this level of care and attention—thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

"If you're going to see the city and need a safe and clean space to sleep and change, this place is it! It's so close to everything and so affordable! Time Square is less than a block away, but this location is on a side street so not super busy with car or foot traffic. Staff was wonderful and made our trip amazing. "
