"I've been coming to the Plaza for nearly 30 years. I used to live in NYC. I've been staying at a hotel for many years. The staff is incredible! The rooms are lovely! My only complaint is that each year there are fewer and fewer vegetarian options. They took the Impossible Burger and the Tofu sandwich off the menu. It is nothing to have a few frozen Impossible or Beyond Burgers in the freezer. Outside of breakfast and afternoon tea, there isn't much else. Forget about it if you're dining in the bar area. We travelled with our folks this time, who didn't feel like going out to dinner. We ended up having to order through Uber Eats due to the limited options. I've stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. This hotel has the fewest options of all of them. But I still enjoy staying there. It's a great location. "

Time Square is less than a block away, but this location is on a side street so not super busy with car or foot traffic. Staff was wonderful and made our trip amazing. "
