The flights with the Norwegian airline (SAS) that you arranged were very disappointing ; the scheduled departure time from Bodo to Bergen on Tuesday, August 2 was 19:25 IN PERFECT SUNNY WEATHER ! There were a number of posted delays, and when it finally left an hour and 20 minutes late it caused us and a large number of other people to miss our connecting flight ( also with SAS, arranged by you) from Oslo to Bergen. Because this was the last flight of the day for this route, we had to stay in a hotel in Oslo at our expense because there were NO SAS people around to give us vouchers. Having to stay overnight in Oslo (not Bergen, as scheduled) caused us to miss our next flight Wednesday morning with Luftansa from Bergen to Toronto via Frankfurt. This in turn led to having to stay overnight Wed, August 3 in Frankfurt because of Air Canada's cancellation of our flight from Frankfurt to Toronto on Wednesday.
So we never got to stay overnight at the Scandic Flesland Airport Hotel on Tues. the 2nd because of the very poor service that we and many others received at the hands of SAS Airlines of Norway. We have the names and details of two ladies from Lyon, France who were treated in the same very poor fashion-----if you would like some corroboration of these facts. I am now going to contact SAS and report all this to them, in order to be reimbursed for the hotel and meal expenses that we incurred on Wed. August 3 because of their terrible service !
