"Perfect location to explore the main area of Bergen. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. We had a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. "
"Convenient hotel to stay in. It is self check in. But all instructions are sent to you and are easy to follow. The lift was broken when we arrived but there was an employee stationed somewhere nearby to help with bags. Clean and quiet room."
"Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed! Good location - only steps from the railway station, although there was no noise as a result. Comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do."
"Pros: Excellent location, comfortable, plenty of space in the room, clean. All the things you look for in a nice hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
Only con: Like most other hotels we stayed at in Scandinavia, you can't control the A/C yourself. We generally solved this issue by opening the windows at night, but if you are a warm sleeper this is something to consider. It was not abnormally warm in the room so it was fine (especially with windows open in Sept), but if it's very important to you to sleep with the room very cold you may need to compromise a bit. "
