Very comfortable bed and pillows. Handicap parking was very convenient to accessible rooms. The Club also convenient. Appreciated having NHK-World TV on the offerings. "

"Everything was great except a woman (manager?) in the cafeteria (Kitchen) was not friendly during the Sunday breakfast probably because we took a little longer time to chat with our cousins who were also staying in the same hotel. She snapped at us and ordered us to return/place the plates/utensils to the bin where they keep the used/dirty plates until they wash them… It was a little disappointing to get snapped at… Other than that it is a great hotel: clean, amenities, like the gym, courteous staff…."

The coffee and food from the Bistro was delicious and served cheerfully. It is a charming hotel, quiet, excellent location for foodies, and it is reasonable. I would stay here again."
