"The room was okay and good value for the centre of Bristol - some TLC needed in the rooms - warn carpets, dirty window frames - just gave the feeling of being grubby. When looking our the window you are overlooked by other rooms and this showed more signs of improvements being necessary - lead flashing falling off the roof. We had one drink in the bar and fruit flies were very evident. Not a bad stay but not perfect - just a need for for investment and some TLC!"

"Cancelled my room for a special trip two days prior to booking, due to not advising an arrival time (however I had communicated with them on parking arrangements). Hotel was overbooked and my room rate was good and through a third party... Appalling."

"Clean spacious room with really comfy bed. Very easy check in but need to do the online check in before arriving at the property. Good breakfast and it closes at 11am which was very welcome."

"Lovely boutique vibe at this motel behind Mollies Diner. Everything you want is provided with a smile, wonderfully comfortable bed in a clean stylish room and great shower. Complimentary tea & coffee & social area with 24hr bar in the lobby was a nice touch. Outdoor quad will be nice in the summer too. Will definitely use this chain again"
