The property is very nice, but appears to show its age. Lots of stuff need to be updated. Our room, particularly, was drab and in need of a refresh. There was mold on the ceilings and the shower was leaking.However, the staff were very nice.

I stayed at this hotel from February 13 to 19 and was overall very satisfied. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's location was very convenient and easily accessible. Breakfast and other dining options were satisfying. Quiet room, with a spacious bathroom. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was fantastic as we stayed during a very cold, snowy long weekend. Very easy walking to restaurants, cafes, sightseeing. The bar is a lovely place for a sophisticated but relaxing cocktail session. The decor is a little dated but the room was spotlessly clean. The main criticism was that we stayed during a busy conference, and the mess and stench of food delivery rubbish remained in the hallways for very extended periods of time.
