Close to the station, easy access to Bern and therefore a lot of train routes for easy travel (if you have the Swiss travel pass). Apartment had utensils needed for cooking which helped save money as food can be expensive in Swizerlabd

The property is in excellent condition. Just that we are unlucky to have a false fire alarm. It’ll be much helpful when some hotel staffs are on site for that kind of situation. Everything digital without human contacts creating lots of confusion in that kind of situation.

Amazing room with lots of storage and nice kitchenette. However the microwave did not work in our studio. The communal room/lobby on the 8th floor is a great concept. The best hotel of our 4 cities stay in Switzerland !

Very nice open lounge on the 8th floor. Bright and clean rooms with good amenities. Alas my favourite mango flavoured tea bags are low in stock. ;)

Very friendly host. We felt we were home during the 3 nights stays . 2 of our 5 luggage bags missed, but we could change clothes every night. Because there is washer and dryer inside our room. That’s awesome . When Geneva airport delivered our luggage, the host helped put the luggage in our room. So we could go out for fun without worrying about the luggage. Really like this apartment hotel for our family traveling.

Loved our stay. Room was perfect: clean, comfortable, quiet. Had everything we needed. Easy access to transportation. Grocery store on the ground floor plus a larger grocery a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!
Very clean comfortable place. Staff is very helpful and communication is great. Very easy access to Wankdorf Stadium. Main laundry needs a better machine. Even staff couldn't figure it out. Takes 2-3 hours just to wash one load.

Stayed in the family studio and it was very cozy! Right by the lobby area too which was convenient. There is direct access to the parking garage through but we had some issues. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Brilliant stay! Well equipped, clean and spacious apartment for 5 adults. The extra facilities - communal lounge, kitchen, laundry room were added benefit especially if one did not want to just stay in the room. Love the use of keyless stay, super convenient. Close to transport - bus, tram and train literally just 2 mins walk from apartment. And there is a huge Coop supermarket 10 mins walk away. Enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended!

Great property. Not the luxury hotel some people are looking for, but very practical for a person who wants to use a location as a central hub for traveling by train. Affordable groceries downstairs and a kitchen in the unit. Train station within walking distance, but quite and isolated when in your room. Amazing common area and outstanding host!

The studio was spacious and equipped with all the cooking wares. Host was very prompt in replying our queries. Check in was seamless and high tech (contactless check in). Good location, situated right next to the train station but it can get a little noisy from the station. There is a really nice and cosy common area on the 8th level. Our studio didn’t have the washing machine and dryer so we had to use the one in the common area. There was 1 washing machine and 1 dryer and takes abt 2.5hrs for washing and 2 hrs for drying. Other than this, the stay was great! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Awesome hotel
The microwave in the room was faulty but they have one at the spare yard so I am happy. Overall I had a great experience with their digital room keys and I recommend my fellow Singaporeans to try this hotel! It has a convenient store right downstairs!

I really enjoyed my stay at Kooook. It is very easy to get to from Berne station on the tram, which means it is convenient to get from the hotel to the city center. The room was clean and all the furniture felt new with a serviceable kitchen. The top floor ‘living room’ space was charming and cosy. Though communication with staff is through text mostly, they were kind and helpful. The check in system and key system is a bit unusual. It is all digital. So if you’re coming from abroad make sure you have a working phone and data plan or you won’t be able to access your room! I had a few digital hiccups with my key. But overall excellent experience. I’d stay again.

Cool, modern and fun. The room and kitchen have everything you need, and the common sitting area on the floor above has free snacks and tea. Check-in process pretty easy to handle. We had a great time at KooooK and would stay again. Parking price was a little ridiculous though.

A very comfortable room with all the amenities, also quite interesting in how it's configurable. It was a really pleasant stay at a fraction of the price of other hotels in Bern. The location was excellent with 30 min walk into Bern and lots of public transport options. A small super next door as well. I highly recommend Stay KooooK, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bern if I return.

This hotel is amazing! The room was super clean! There is a backyard hangout area which is awesome. We loved it and it is also super clean with complimentary juice,coffee and tea. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the hotel is right beside the train. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice modern studio hotel, small space but very conveniently organized. Clean. Could use some extra shower amenities and breakfast toppings. Cause you get served bread, but the toppings were most of the time gone in the Shared kitchen in their “Backyard” in the morning. Also 1 stop by train to Bern Central Station very convenient.

Great studio with kitchen! It is located right next to train station Wankorb for fast access to the public transportation. Noise level was surprisingly low. Access control using your phone or self service card key after checkin.
