The parking is minimal but kept tidy. The use of the bag lift is useful for upper floor guests. Great location with the bowls club and cafes near by and close proximity to race course and airports. "No air conditioning and walls seemed very thin and could hear people in the room below talking late into the night. We needed something close to the airport for an early flight and this served the purpose "
