If i had known we was going to have issues with this hotel i would have booked elsewhere. However, the location was ideal for the reason we stayed but certainly won't be going back to that hotel again.

"This was our second time staying at the hotel. Their tea service was delicious and the breakfast was as well. Our room was comfortable but the bathrooms are very wet after using the shower. Strange layout."

"The 3-bedroom room had 3 actual beds, which was unique. It had no windows, which was kind of implied by including "cocoon" in the suite description. No night lights or anything similar, though, so trying to go to the bathroom at night was an adventure. The room was uncomfortably warm, though."

Lovely property - hit and miss with the staff
"Property was fabulous - really clean, new, lovely. The initial receptionist was very brusque and bordering on rude (to everyone I witnessed coming in). This was an exception as the receptionist in the morning was really lovely and pleasant."
