We went quite early in the morning when it was quieter. Wonderful atmosphere and some beautiful crafts. By the time we were leaving in early afternoon it was crowded. This is not to be missed!

The room itself was excellent, quiet, clean and well cared for. The main restaurant lacked energy or music to entice us to have a meal or even a beverage.
We did not appreciate on check out this morning the suggestion of a discretionary gratuity for the staff which equated to $250 CDN for our 7 night stay. The invoice was presented and we declined. No final checkout receipt was received.
As well the cc deposit taken on arrival Sept 24 for our 7 night stay of $934,CDN is yet to be returned/ credited to our visa. Disappointing!
