"Staff were friendly and helpful in resolving a room issue which was dealt with promptly and without inconvenience or fuss. There was a good breakfast selection and we found the hotel location excellent for the old town tourist attractions. The only minor negative was the late night noise from surrounding bars but this is unavoidable in such a central location and was not overall too detrimental to our stay. "

"It’s a basic hotel, but it is a COMPLETE hotel less than 5mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Beyazit area and T1 tram line which connects to alot of attractions. Lotsa of delicious eateries nearby. Ayasofya is just 2 stops away. I was a solo traveler but the hotel is very safe with a night guard and reception always on duty. And the heater keeps you warm on cold nights, the shower is nice and hot. And the breakfast is home-made by a kind lady in the kitchen. And house-keeping always keeps your room...

"Excellent service and very accommodating staff
The staff at Seven Hills Hotel were extremely prompt, cooperative, and professional throughout our stay. We initially faced a small issue with the room that was provided, but the concierge handled it very kindly and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Although we chose not to take the upgrade to avoid the hassle of moving our belongings, we truly appreciated the gesture. They also offered us a late checkout and were always available to answer questions or assist with any additional services. Overall, the service made our stay very pleasant and comfortable."
"We got a free upgrade on our room staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had so much to choose from it was my birthday whilst I was in Istanbul and they made it very very special. I didn’t get the name or everyone but Ekrem was very helpful."
