"Very helpful staff, hotel is in a good location very close to all amenities, within walking distance of Sofia hagia and blue mosque, the hotel itself was clean, air condition worked a treat as there was a heatwave going on at the time of our stay. Hotel arranged pick up and drop off to and from airport the whole experience was stress free, will definitely stay here again if we visit."

"location couldn't have been better. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Only downside was the breakfast. From an American perspective was sub-par (powered eggs, poor quality of breads, onion rings - really?), but had a lot of options for yogurt toppings and other European sides. View was spectacular from our balcony. well worth the dollars spent."

"The hotel overall is very good. Two small negatives. The staff at front desk could be more helpful by paying attention to guests and staying away from their cell phones while helping guests. The small fridge in my room had glass door and its light was on all night. That's not helpful for guestscwho can sleep with lights on. The breakfast and dinning area were excellent. The Turkish bath and sauna were great. The location was good, not too close to heart of the old city but not too far, about 20 minutes walk. I would recommend Holiday Inn Old City."
