We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops near by. The hotel is in good condition and the rooms are big. The staff are extremely friendly and help in anyway possible. We would stay here again.

Ok but not a 4 star hotel
Overall it's a decent hotel but calling it a 4 star hotel is a stretch. I also think it's overpriced for that area. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. However, the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. It was pretty dirty. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was very loose. I tightened that up myself. I'm not sure why housekeeping couldn't have figured out to do that. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was cold. It looked and tasted like it was leftover from the day before. I also had a bowel of hu tieu that was prepared when I ordered it. That was decent and at least it was hot. There's a Vincom Center shopping mall a very short walk away. There are a lot of places to eat, get coffee, etc. within walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and they made an effort to provide good service.

I requested for non smoking room. My room and also the towels have strong cigarette odor. Hotel spa and sauna show closing time 10:00. I arrived 15 mins before the closing time, the staff said the facility is closed The hotel does not give you option whether to include the breakfast as part of the booking. The continental breakfast was disappointing as it does not have many selection to choose from. The pricing of the hotel does not correspond to the amenities that the hotel offer

The best in Bien Hoa
The Aurora Plaza serves well as a business hotel more than a tourist location. Not much to do in its immediate area. The room was O.K., although the carpets in room and in hallways could use a cleaning. Also found the lighting in the bathroom to be a little dark...not the best for shaving or makeup. The price you offer is high for this hotel.

All the staff are nice. A shopping mall is nearby. There are shops, restaurants, a cinema, and an ice skating rink. However, Hotel Front Desk only has one receptionist. I needed to wait for a while when I checked in and out. The hotel does have many car part space. In addition, hotel will charge their guest for getting one more pair of slippers (One person only can have 1 pair).

No quite for tourist
Hotel is located at the busiest part of a small town. The facilities are good by small town standard.Room is clean and of decent size. The located is quite far from the airport and Ho Chi Ming city and probably no easy to move around without local guide. It is meant for business travellers rather than tourists. The is no free airport transfer even when it is stated in the website.

友善的飯店
飯店整體而言還算乾淨，員工服務友善，幫忙預約早上出發與下午回飯店的計程車。餐廳還不賴但是有點熱，餐廳空調可以加強。房間地毯與椅子有一點髒，可以改善。房間wifi上網速度有點慢，使用有線網路速度就很快。

The hotel is normally. Staffs are kindly and breakfast food is OK. Cleanliness of guest room, service quality is nice. However, It's far away from Ho chi minh airport. There are also have other inconvenience matters such as you have to take a shower in the bathtub and watch out slipping during taking shower due to there there is no bath mat.

Good hotel for visit BienHoa
Aurora hotel is good for business trip to BienHoa. There is no place to stay better than this hotel when you have something to do near BienHoa or Dongnai province. Just a few walks you can reach big shopping mall which is Vincom and within there are Vic market and food court. Near hotel you can find nice cafe and Vietnamese restaurants also.
