This is a wonderful hotel! For the price, it is a STEAL! The $100 room I stayed in would go for $450 in most places. It’s just fantastic! The only possible negative I would have to interject is that it is right next to a train track BUT the trains cross by very rarely and they are short, but if you’re a very light sleeper, make sure to get a room on an upper floor.

Great experience during my stay here. Good breakfast buffet with a range of food. Staff were very polite and attentive to detail. Friendly and helpful when asking for directions or recommendations around the area. Highly recommended and would definitely be back.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. Overall experience very positive but need to list the following negatives: 1. House hold staff switches off airconditioning when cleaning the room and this results in uncomfortable room temperatures when guests return to their room in the evening 2. No VIP benefits received, despite being eligible for them 3. SPA is currently not operating

Property was large enough for conventions. Rooms were very nice. We had a city view. Hotel has only 2 restaurants with set dining hours. One only serves breakfast the other doesn’t open til 5 pm so you’re outa luck for lunch or you go into town. Hotel is located off the main thoroughfare so restaurant options are very small. There weren’t very many people at the hotel when we were there from middle of December for 8 days. There weren’t much of a selection for good hotels in Bien Hoa as it is a smaller city than Ho Chi Minh City. They do not do tours and if you have to exchange money, they’re very particular about the condition of the bills you give them. They will not buy their own money back when you leave. You’d have to go to the bank.
