"This is a beautiful property inside and out with wonderfully spacious rooms, amazing master baths, laundry and screened patios. The downsides are that check out is early (10 am), they ask you to strip the beds and take out the garbage. The pool is also no more than 4ft in one section and there’s no real beach where you would want to swim in the ocean. They do have sand near the pool, great outdoor furniture and hammocks. "

"I really eanted to leave a good review because I wanted this place to be as awesome as it looks. It's beautiful. But if you are staying in a regular room, it sucks. Their hospitality lacks big time. They do not clean your room or empty your trash. We were here for a week. We asked for a refresh and were rudely told they don't clean your room there. Okay but we still need towels, tp, coffee, etc. they brought us a big trash bag with those things in them and my husband forced the guy to take a couple bags of garbage. Normally when you check into a place someone gives you the rundown on how things work. We received zero info and because we were exhausted from traveling for over 24 hours to get there we didn't think to ask. Need ice? You get to stand in line at the front desk so they can bag it up for you. Weird. Our room had the most mini fridge you can have and no microwave. Sucked not being able to heat up leftovers. We went to the beach most days and our floor had sand on it. Because there is no broom and dust pan in the room, it meant we had sand in our bed. That's fun. The room is not meant for you to be comfy in. The bed is many inches from the headboard so your pillows can't be stacked to rest against it. Normally wouldn't be staying in the room but i caught a nasty cold mid trip so needed to rest. The pool is open 24/7 so don't believe google on that. Keep your pool towels because it's unclear when they have someone out at the pool with towels and once you are out"

"Hotel put me in room that had mold and did not move me to a different room until 3 nights later. Spoke with manager and was told that they would refund $450 for inconvenience. i dont think that was fair, i should have gotten a full refund for 3 nights."

"Good property. Average breakfast selection included. You get two "free" items from drink cooler every 24 hours of your booking. Friendly staff. Chickens and Roosters all over the island, so be prepared to be woken up at the wee hours of the morning (3-4am). They even include some ear plugs for you lol. Which don't stop the cooing. Comfortable beds with four square pillows and average size flat screen tv. The shower water pressure could be slightly better. Bikes available to rent. Average sized pool, with rental able cabanas. Pool towels included. This hotel does have a "resort fee" per night so be on the look out for that as well. Shuttle service to Duvall St. and back available multiple times a day."
