"Nicest hotel either of us has ever stayed in. First time I ever used valet parking or room service. Both were worth it ! Only complaint I have is that we were told that there was no shuttle from the hotel to the aquarium. It's not a shuttle but a city bus that looks like a trolley car. We found it by accident. So if you don't wanna walk to the aquarium, I suggest seeking it out !"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!"

"This place has so much potential but needs some updating. The cabin was a very nice size and it was a very peaceful place to stay. It just needs better maintenance. We had burned out light bulbs, blinds missing parts to open, old carpet, and a broad game with a board torn in half and missing parts. But maintenance was responsive and helped resolve several items. Staff were very responsive and friendly. You have access to state parks when you stay here which was great. They also have a nice gift shop and general store on site. We would stay again but would just recommend maintenance check each room for wear and needed repair before guests arrive."
