"From the moment I stepped out of the car I was impressed. The clerk made the check in process go smoothly and quickly while being helpful and cheerful. The room was amazing!! Clean, beautiful 1904 room with all the modern day necessities. We stayed in room 408 (king suite). So much charm. I enjoyed every minute we were here. The pictures will help you see what I experienced."

"The check in was friendly and efficient. There are baggage carts and an elevator. The hallways and the room smelled clean without chemical or ordorizer smells. No stains on the carpeting or furniture anywhere. Closer inspection of the room verified the cleanliness and attention to detail with maintenance. The room was quiet and comfortable. Everything worked exactly as it should. The room lighting was well thought out. The refrigerator was larger than usual hotel fare and had a separate freezer compartment with its own door that froze my freezer packs solid overnight. The microwave was also bigger and more powerful than most hotels. Checkout was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel. Did not use the Internet or have the breakfast so can't comment."

"The room was nice and clean except the shower floor. There was hair and dirt on the shower floor, I find this a bit disgusting. They had a pool, unfortunately we arrived a bit late to utilize it. It looked clean and like it would be a place to find relaxing. I like the fact that there was garage parking for security reasons. Beds were ok to sleep on. Overall a decent place to stay and it is close to Yellowstone park."
