"I’ve been going to this hotel for many years. The staff in the restaurant have been the same every time. So helpful and friendly. Food is delicious The hotel is getting a massive revamp which to be honest is needed. The plunge pool has not worked for a few years now. The pool area is always immaculate but again needs an overhaul Bedrooms are spotless. Very large. Tea coffee and hot chocolate available in the rooms I’ll definitely go back in the future"

"Excellent attentive staff in every area of hotel. I stay there regularly when visiting friends and family and my only two beefs are that the elevators seem very slow and the rooms themselves do not have enough lighting. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are huge but would be nice to have face cloths again but I am noticing a trend internationally regarding this! Great for parking and public transport is very handy if needed. I will be staying there again."
