"Lovely hotel staff were lovely at reception and restaurant the young girl at spa was very helpful & friendly. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the service is exactly as you would expect from this hotel. Looks like refurb still ongoing within spa/

area and the potential is incredible. Changing rooms need to be managed more, no towels unless you ask. Some Robes available, no slippers lockers in mens dont work. Broken locks on toilet doors. No signage anywhere for spa, changing...

Room service was great, all except 8 phone calls before anyone answered to take my order. Didnt get a chance to use the facilities, im assuming the

& sauna etc will be kept to a decent standard. Wouldnt book again unless the rooms were rubbed out & dtarted again."

But our standard room was definitely not worth the price we paid. While spacious and clean, it had super old furniture, the desk surface was sticky from its age and the door in the bathroom was falling apart at the bottom. "
