"Overall, this was a decent stay, but there were a couple things that kept it from being better. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, everything looked taken care of, and I didn’t have any issues with cleanliness at all. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall environment felt safe and organized. Where things fell short was with customer service and flexibility. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of the front desk—calls would go unanswered, which got frustrating when I needed assistance. On top of that, they don’t offer late check-out, which is something most hotels provide, even if it’s just by an hour or two. That made the departure feel a bit rushed and inconvenient. Not a bad place to stay overall, but the lack of accessibility to staff and flexibility definitely takes away from the experience."
