"Friendly staff. Social areas really quite nice. Bar etc…Nice touch for the morning to have a Starbucks as the coffee in the machine isn’t pleasant. Room was clean but could tell the carpet hadn’t been hoovered and would stay again if needed to visit Blackpool but would ask to stay the other side as the nightclub opposite kept us awake for hours! Thank you to the friendly staff."

"Lovely clean room, friendly helpful staff. Only real issue is that the room was absolutely boiling hot despite the quite average temperatures outside. There’s no air conditioning and the window only opened a tiny bit meaning there was very little fresh air getting in and I slept badly. There was a fan provided but it didn’t make much difference. Lovely hotel otherwise but A/C desperately needed."
