"We recently stayed at the Big Blue Hotel in Blackpool as part of our family road trip for our YouTube channel ThemeParkTeddy, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing – welcoming, professional, and really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. A special thank you to Owen, a member of staff in the restaurant, who looked after us when our food order didn’t reach the kitchen due to a mix-up. He spotted the issue right away and made sure it was sorted quickly and with a smile – top-notch service! The location is ideal, especially if you're heading to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Our room had an incredible theme park view, which our child loved – waking up to the sight of the rides was a real treat. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and it felt like the perfect base for our Blackpool adventure. Everything was well-maintained and family-friendly. "Had a brilliant stay at the Imperial. Parked up a couple of hours early, no problem leaving the car, got checked in with a lovely lady who was on Reception and just had to pick up our key following an afternoon in Blackpool. The building is full of history and the bar and entertainment room were lovely, as was the room. Just as friendly on checkout as well and will look forward to returning!"

"Refurbished hotel looking very clean,bedroom with Seaview, room lovely and clean new beds very very comfortable, staff lovely, bar area overlooking sea front,drinks in bar good prices,the area the hotel is in is lovely and peaceful,tram and bus stops just outside and walk across the road to the seafront,overall absolute bargain price and will highly recommend "

"On site parking for only £5, electric ccar charging facilities at only 35p / kw daytime and 25p / kw night time.Room was clean. I did not eat there"
