"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. The pool, sauna and steam room were spotless. At every point of our stay we were treated with kindness. Thank you to all of the staff for making the end of our trip to Scotland magical!"

"Stunning location overseeing the Bay. The building is superb but badly in need of a full renovation especially the upstairs hallways. The carpets are threadbare & the walls seriously need replastering notwithstanding this the staff were very attentive & efficient. The food was excellent and the place was very clean. All of the above shouldnโ€™t stop you enjoying staying in a stunning victorian hotel. I am sure the owners will eventually get the decor sorted out."
