"We had a very comfortable, very clean room. The staff were all extremely professional and doing an excellent job. We very much enjoyed the bar and restaurant, the latter great for both breakfast and dinner. The ONLY thing that I would request is that guests be discouraged from using their devices on speaker setting - we had one evening marred by a gentleman loudly watching TV on his tablet while he ate, and breakfast disturbed by another gentleman loudly video calling his chat at full volume on speaker phone. This isn't a criticism of the hotel but would be a welcome policy."

"2 huge and very comfortable beds with loads of pillows. The reception and dining staff were all lovely and the food way above our expectations. Our stay was all too short (early flight) but our experience was very good indeed. My one suggestion is to include your excellent little walking map between the airport terminal and the hotel in the booking receipt. It's not that easy to find on a cold dark night"
