"After a long day of travel, we got to the Hyatt Regency and were greeted by very welcoming staff. Was able to get into room early which was such a relief. Receptionist were helpful and so kind, the room was crisp and clean, the hotel was quiet even though people were everywhere. Location to tourist places was 15-min walk. Have never been to a Hyatt property, but would select them for future travel due to this experience. Thank you!"

"This was the perfect location for us. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the valet, all were great. It was easy to get our car in and out. Breakfast at the restaurant was good not great and a bit overpriced but welcome to Seattle. We will definitely stay here again."
