"Room did not have hot water for almost 12 hours our first night there. It was difficult getting expedia in touch with the hotel. The number expedia has for the hotel is incorrect. Also, the jacuzzi was the only reason we booked the room. Not only dis we not have hot water but the jacuzzi did not work properly all the time. Bad jets and the jacuzzi had nasty dirty bubbles from the jets. It ended up giving me a uti."

"This was supposedly designed for a personal with disabilities. The toilet in the bathroom was too low to the floor and the bathroom was not friendly accessible for somebody with disabilities. The bed was too low to the floor and there was no microwave in the room. You have to use a microwave in the hallway. I’ve never heard of that at a Hyatt hotel or Hilton Hotel or any major hotel that you have to use a microwave in the hallway …unfathomable!"

"Room was just as pictured a one bedroom suite, clean, quiet hotel, parking garage was 2 short blocks down from the property reasonable pricing well lit, for being in the city felt very safe, not a lot of dining options close by, breakfast had a large variety. I would definitely stay again."

"The walls are paper thin! Beware you can hear everything through the walls. I asked to be moved to a different room upon arrival. I didn't even get anything out of my suitcase, and I could hear the people through the walls!"
