"We used the hotel for somewhere to stay between 3 days at the download festival and the staff were very accommodating and friendly despite how tired and muddy we were. "I think this hotel has got a bad reputation from previous reviews but I think you have to contextualise the market that they target. Clearly it is a budget option and the standards obviously mirror this. Could it be better? Yes of course, but then it would be more expensive.
