"The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay."

"There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. "I am an Israeli traveler who was visiting Azerbaijan and unfortunately lost my passport. After thinking it through, I realized that it was left with a taxi driver I had ordered. I tried calling the driver several times, but since my number was Israeli, he did not answer. The shift manager immediately came to help, made the call himself, and handled the entire situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his help, my passport was safely returned to me. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and kindness. Outstanding service and support in a very stressful situation. Highly appreciated!"
