"Hotel was a nice location and lots of shops and dining within walking distance, very convenient with young children. The rooms ere clean, could use a refresh. It was a little confusing finding things as its not all clearly marked in such a large resort. Also, would have liked more options for kids activities, they were mostly mid day when you are either at beach or another activity."

"We stayed here for 6 nights for a girls grad celebration for me and my two daughters. Everything about this hotel was perfect from the relaxing vibes to the location and convenience to stores and restaurants. My daughter said in the last day that the hotel actually made the whole trip."

"The location is fantastic. NOT on the beach, but close enough to walk.Area was great, restaurants were great but they seem to have a housekeeping problem.We had to ask 3 times in 7 days for housekeeping.Maybe this was a temporary thing, maybe not.Many stores and restaurants very close by.No need to rent a car.Pool area was really appealing.Very enjoyable stay."

"All staff was super friendly, helpful and nice. The hotel is under renovation so the lobby/walkway area is kind of hectic and warm. The room was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing. It was newly renovated and everything is new. Water pressure was good - heated toilet seat. The only thing I would change is the closet/ it didn’t have an area for long dresses or pants. Overall the hotel was convenient, and very nice for being in the middle of a renovation. I would 100% stay here again once the construction is complete."

"Beautiful property in the heart of Waikiki. The grounds are well maintained and make you forget that you’re steps away from the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī. The service was not up to a five star standard. That is meant mostly for the front desk staff and also for the host staff at the restaurant. The bathrooms are soooo small. And the pool is basically useless it’s so small. And because it’s so small, if you don’t get there at 7am to claim a chair you’re pretty much out of luck. So the hotel is physically nice, but there’s a lot of room for improvement on the service side."
