"Our room was very clean. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and we were provided with great service. We liked the location because it was located west of the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī but still close enough to the action. We were surprised how quiet our room was considering how big the hotel is and that it seemed to be fully booked. "

"The location is great, right on the beach, the hotel in general is very nice, rooms were nice, live music was great, food was average+ (decent, nothing special). A few notes; 1: Be careful about booking a 'partial' ocean view room - we asked to be moved because the first room was back towards the street and you couldn't see any ocean without putting yourself in the very corner of the lanai, where you could see a sliver of the water. Our second room was great, more towards the beach. 2: Unless you are in a high tier with Westin, basic beach item are not free (they wanted $25 a day for a beach chair that costs $50 at most retailers). We would stay there again for sure."
