"This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around. The room is comfortable, beautiful and very clean, the shower is excellent and the air conditioner helps a lot on days that are hot in Brazil. The shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap have a wonderful aroma (my favorite from the brand L' Occitane au Brésil) and I loved that complimentary havainas! The pre check-in was also very helpful, made everything faster when we got to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Sao Paulo!"
