"Really loved location and staff to include housekeeping. It is a little loud at times since you can hear everything going on, on street level. Also the elevator was only working half the time and we were on 4th floor. The beds were listed as queen but were full size."

Great hotel, convenient location

"Very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed 5 nights with my family while participating in the Old Town Art Fair. Full breakfast each day was good. Red line metro access is within a half block. Direct bus to Old Town (15 min ride) is around the block.Jewel Osco grocery store is across the street on Ohio & State. Lots of restaurants within a block. Area was safe for city. Have to have a room key to access the elevators to access room levels. Parking is valet only and is $79. Suggest booking parking at the 33 Ontario Garage that is right next to the hotel- $14 day parking, $33 overnight. The garage uses Park Chirp app. "
