"Can't beat the location when headed to a Cubs game! The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. Valet parking was a fabulous bonus! Thank you Hotel Zachary!"
The Den Hotel

"The Den Hotel is great for its location. It’s around the corner from the Belmont station so super convenient. We stayed in Room 201, which is quite large and has four windows, so nice and bright. There is no en suite bathroom, which I knew when booking, but the bathroom is down the hallway and you have to enter a code both to enter the hall and then again to enter the bathroom. This can get annoying at times, especially in the middle of the night. There is a full kitchen on the floor which is great for reheating leftovers or making a coffee. The whole place is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. I wished the A/C was a bit colder, especially at night, but there is a fan that helps. Overall if you want to be near Boystown and all the action I’d definitely recommend The Den Hotel but don’t expect a full service hotel."

"We really liked this location. The rooms are clean, with air conditioning (there was a heater for fall or winter) and a ceiling fan with light. Also snacks & drinks for sale. There is a small elevator (2 person at most with luggage or maybe 3 without.) There are stairs also. I don't think this hotel is handicap accessible, there are stairs to get down into the lobby and the check-in desk. The staff were very friendly, even at 5am checkout. Very walkable area not far from Wrigley Field and local restaurants. All in all we like this hotel. This was our 2nd stay."

"I arrived early and asked if an early check in was possible, they said the room wasn’t ready yet but that while I could get access to enjoy the amenities while I waited which was really great. The room was ready a short time later and the room was very nice & clean, only complaint was that the sink wasn’t draining until i lifted the silver metal piece that sits in the center of the sink, not sure if that piece was supposed to come off as easily as it did? but it started draining after that, with no more issues."

"The whole facility including the room was very clean,The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.The breakfast both days was very tasty,nutritious,and fully satisfying.I received no email with my access code to the property and the room,I followed another guest into the property and she knew how to contact the owners.After talking to them I got the code and everything was just fine.I enjoyed unlimited access to the kitchen and all the foods that were provided.Nice location-safe neighborhood-easy to get to attractions.Transport readily available."
