"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Really enjoyable one-night stay. The hotel did everything well. From the efficiency and friendliness of the staff at reception; nicely decorated and comfortable rooms; a tasty dinner in a nice environment; and a very good buffet breakfast. They really didn’t put a foot wrong. The room was a little warm, but we are in the middle of a heatwave. And although the room didn’t have air conditioning they helped out by putting a fan in the room."
