Wonderful hotel. Stafff and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Our room was great, the hotel is beautiful, and in a great location. However, we had an issue with the bathroom. It stank! We had to keep the door closed so it wouldn't stink up the entire room. I contacted customer service at the text number they sent, and they gave me an email address to send my concern to. I never got a response, and no one ever fixed the issue. A housekeeper was in the room each day, and obviously, they did not alert maintenance either. We had dinner the first night at teh restaurant and had terrible service. The server forgot our appetizers, two bowls of soup. Then, when dinner arrived, and I mentioned she forgot the soup, she returned with one and no spoon.

While location is a plus for access to underground, tourist attractions and rail it can be a bit noisy at night with the rumble of the trains

Beautiful hotel, right downtown next to the Victoria Station underground tube. Very convenient. Good location. Rooms were clean. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Treats and coffee in the room rooms a little small but adequate. Very good hotel to stay and I would recommend it.
