"The room was amazing! And Kevin at the front desk was exceptional! But everyone else seemed like we were taking up their time and really did not engage the guests. Not that I was expecting a Disney type guest experience but the Lyft drivers were more engaged then the staff. The hostess at the front of Tavern n Town was excellent but the rest was "

"The resort overall was amazing! Close proximity to the beach and Duval Street was so accessible. It would have been nice if the pool bars were open later in the evening. Our room was basic but clean. A full length mirror would have been great as well as a longer vanity in the bathroom. Not enough space for two people."

"The pool was nice. The frozen drinks were not good. Mixed drinks were fine. The hot tub is at the sister property Hilton down the street. An 18% gratuity is added to everything in addition to the daily resort fee . Also need to reserve spot on shuttle to go into Key West runs every hour and not available sometimes so we used Lyft instead."

"Upon arrival my sheets had hair in them. The old lady housekeepers were looking at me strange and speaking another language. She told me to show her the hair like I was lying or something. Thank goodness I never saw them again. The other housekeeper was kind and courteous. The beds are very uncomfortable and for the price you would think that the furniture would be better. The furniture was very old and beat up. The room is nice but it would be even nicer with a fresh coat of paint and replacing the run down furniture. The amenities were very good and the location was great."
