The only thing is… when you check in, they apply a $425 charge for “incidentals” and for if you eat at the restaurants, it can come out of that $425. So it was presented that if you didn’t use that, it would be refunded. When we checked out, they applied another $500 hold and then when reviewing the receipt, there are countless fees for things like: WiFi, resort fee ($52/day), community impact fee, and may more. So not only did we not get money back, we had to pay more. And none of this was disclosed when we booked or checked in. "

"Very nice accommodations and beautifully kept grounds. Had a great time staying here, it was nice and peaceful. Room had everything anyone could ask for. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with double sink with a huge double shower!! There was another bedroom king size and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were pretty good size and cleaned every morning early before people started using them. We were on the 3rd floor and our porch was screened in and well furnished. We had coffee out on it every morning and drinks on it every evening. Will definitely be staying here next visit."
