"No. Couldn’t travel because of the unrest and danger on the roads and towns!! I tried to call hotels. Com and or the Alondra hotel to get my money back but neither one answer!! Last time I use hotels or Expedia.com!"

"Still one of the best values in Barra de Navidad. It is an older hotel in a location that some may find a little inconvenient because it is a few blocks from the beach. I like the location very much. The grounds are beautiful, security is excellent, staff is both friendly and helpful, and it is in a quiet location. "

"Ocean was right outside our door, although the rooms are older it was kept well. Wifi is weak and there was no bathroom items except a bar of soap."

"The rooms were fine, but there is certainly signs of deferred maintenance. Loose plumbing fixtures, broken light fixtures, no explanation on operation of A/C, television, etc. Just beginning to show its age. On the other hand, the staff are all great, food very good and THE BEACH!!!!! Would we go back? Doubtful due to deteriorating conditions."
