"Everything was great; the location, the room, the check in process. You wouldn't know it was a student accommodation. It was very quiet. The only minor detail was that the bottom sheet of the bed was too small so kept coming off, but this is so minor it wouldn't affect me staying there again."

"Exceeded our expectations. The lobby and room configuration were a bit wonky but very clean and staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was also better than expected (great scrambled eggs and chia seed cups). The location was excellent in the hip Jewish quarter. Gym was bad but that's ok. We recommend!"

"I was very happy with this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, cozy with a mini-fridge(excellent). It is on the square Plac Nowy which full of food stalls which are open late and most specialize in the great polish Zapiekanka( like a big, flatbread pizza), as well as other polish eats. In short fantastic hotel, fantastic area, so if I’m in Krakow, this is where I’ll stay. Chris"
