Check-in was quick and effortless, and we were assigned a dedicated staff member who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and took care of every requirement promptly. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team — their service was simply exceptional. Every time we stepped out of the villa and returned, the room felt like it was prepared fresh for day one. This happened multiple times a day, and honestly, I’m still amazed at how perfectly they managed it. The entire stay was truly relaxing. "Just had a 1 night stop over before flying home and it was a very comfortable stay. Next to all the shops and the restaurant at this hotel provided a fantastic menu which we enjoyed. Lovely stay and would definitely use/stay again in the future if the opportunity arises again."
