"I had a great experience staying at GHL Hotel Capital Bogotá. The staff was amazing throughout my stay very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and overall a great place to stay. The only downside was that the rooms do not have air conditioning. I was told this is common and that locals are used to it, but as a tourist, it was definitely a drawback. To their credit, the hotel did offer fans, which I appreciated, but the room still felt hot especially since the windows had to stay closed because of the street noise outside. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay, and the excellent service from the staff really stood out."
