"The hotel offers great value for money, with an excellent location and a good breakfast. You can even make your own waffles, and the potato soup was especially impressive. However, the service—particularly at the front desk—needs significant improvement. There were unnecessary delays during check-in, and staff responses to questions were slow and unhelpful, which made the experience frustrating. Additionally, my room key expired at 11:00 a.m. even though I was still within my valid stay period. When I went to have it reactivated, the staff asked many unnecessary questions and misunderstood the situation, thinking I wanted to check out. This caused delays when I needed to return to my room to pack and leave for the airport. More concerning, hotel staff entered my room before my official check-out time without proper notice. This was unacceptable. I still had my luggage in the room, so it made no sense to assume I was checking out. Also, on rainy days in Bogotá, the room can get quite cold. You can ask the hotel to provide a heater if needed. Overall, while the facilities and breakfast are good, the service experience—especially communication and respect for guests’ privacy—needs serious improvement."

"Everything was great, especially the service. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly. They even prepared a bagged breakfast for us to take on the early morning shuttle to the airport! We had dinner at their restaurant, which was outstanding. You don’t typically find a restaurant of that high quality at a courtyard Marriott."

"Stayed for 4 nights, was able to acquire early check in and late checkout for a reasonable fee. Everyone was kind and welcoming, amazing breakfast daily. My only caution is to be careful with the water, we unfortunately got a bug and the locals told us it is better to drink the bottled water. "
