"Interior is very tatty and cheaply done. The plug in the bath didn't work all floors were peeling and lifting even in the bathroom and overall everything looked old and grubby. Very pleased we only stayed for one night"
"We booked this property as we were going to the rugby World Cup. Great hotel, we were given a huge room that would probably sleep four people. Fabulous breakfast, all in all a great place to stay."
"It was really comfortable. The management was most helpful in checking in, giving information about the area and even getting to the airport. Would highly recommend."
"Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It’s so homely and I love the decor, layout and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious."

"Loved the pool and thermal suite. I've stayed at 4 hotels in the area and this was the best. Restaurant steal was amazing. Most meals seemed to come with coleslaw rather than any meaningful fibre and nutrition. I ate at the bar the pub the restaurant and found the same in each. Pool opens at 6:30 which isn't quite early enough for my taste. Especially when they were 5 minutes late opening the door and I had to ask at reception."
