I have stayed in bolu for a week and i stayed at akyol in the last day before i leave bolu and if i did see akyol at the first day that i came to bolu i would stay there for the whole week , its very comfy and the location of the hotel is perfect the rooms were pretty fine so far everything was great .

No proper air conditioning, poor lighting in hallways, the bathroom and toilet were in a terrible condition. Shower cabin had no door and water splashed everywhere and covered the bathroom floor with water. Curtains and blinds were missing and the light was on the entire night and there wasn’t much privacy due to missing curtains. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was very cold in the early morning. The twin beds were not the standard twin mattress and it seemed like it was for small children. We stayed there for three days and no one came for housekeeping. The shampoo and soap weren’t provided enough for 2 people. The staff barely knew english.

Çalışanların davranışı ve otelin şehir merkezinde olması avantajları içindedir. Ancak temizlik konusunda (odada sigara izmaritleri), banyonun ilginç mühendislik harikası pozisyonu (!) (Su gider dışında her yere gidiyor) ve kahvaltidaki eksiklik (simit kalmadı demeleri) konularında kendi kurum kültürlerini geliştirmelerini önerebilirim.

Konum olarak şehir merkezinde otoparkın olması büyük avantaj arabanızı güvenli ve gönül rahatlığıyla bırakabilirsiniz bolu merkezi yürüyerek geçilebilir.Odalar küçük ve yastıklar rahat değil banyo lavabo ve klozetler eski ve bakımsız yenilenmesi gerekiyor.kahvalti olarak 2 günde aynı şeyler sunuldu farklılıklar olabilir yada çeşit artırılabilir kısa süreli konaklama ve gün boyu gezip gelip yatmak için tercih edilebilir

Otelin yeri güzel otopark i olması güzel kahvaltı ve resepsiyon karşılaması güzel. Fakat temizlik çok kötü banyo giderlerinin kapakları yok tuvalet kağıdı asacak yer yok odaya ilk girdiğimizde sigara kokusundan nefes alamadık camı açıp odayı havalandırmak zorunda kaldık
