Had a wonderful stay here. Our room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was great. The hotel had a wonderful pool and fantastic breakfast. The location was great, within walking distance to lots of places to eat, and things to do. Also close enough to train stations although we didn’t really use them. The area around the hotel also felt safe. Would stay here again!

Stayed for 2 nights and staff accommodated request for late checkoit(with extra fees). We stayed on 15th floor and room was spacious and quiet at night. Easy walkable distance to shopping malls, Jalan Alor food street market and great night life. Good gym facility and pool facility. Good breakfast options with variety of options in different cuisines. Overall would recommend staying for families

Located up on the hill, short 10min walk from the Food market, 5mins from the bars. Very clean and well equipped room, staff were kind and cheery, Pool was a great temperature with pool towels provided, and the air conditioning was sufficient. Breakfast was fantastic.

Overall a nice stay, but unfortunately I was not allowed to tell the truth about what happened to my belongings. Overall, this is a nice hotel with good facilities. However, my stay was marred by a troubling experience. While the hotel itself is pleasant, I urge future guests to be cautious with their personal belongings.

The rooms were tiny, dated and unassuming. The toilet, although seemingly bigger than the room itself, seemed like an 80s locker room. Emailed thrice to ask for early check in as we were travelling with elderly parents, but no response was given. Upon arrival, reception was just going through the motions and asked which person I was, as their system had 2 individuals with the same first name as me. He then proceeded to rattle off our full names, while noting we had different family names. Mind you, he asked me this while my passport was in his hand. 😅 Location wise, it convenient with plenty of malls at a walkable distance. There was a good mix of huge malls with large, luxury brand names, and smaller malls with your everyday brands. Suitable for short trips of 2 or 3 nights stay, would not recommend for anything above 3 nights unless you enjoy cramped spaces.
