Decent hotel for the price. Lobby requires a lot more revamp and more staff is definitely required. The room itself is good but the bathroom needs an exhaust to prevent mist build up

Very nice hotel. Room was large, especially the bathroom. Multicultural breakfast options but tiny cups and glasses. Dinner meal options and prices also good. Pool small but pleasant. All round comfortable and relaxing.

I stayed in KL at this property for nearly 3 weeks. I needed a quiet and comfortable place to stay and work. Verdant Hill Hotel provided me with this and a whole lot more. The rooms are spacious, very fast and reliable internet, varied breakfast options every day, super friendly staff etc. Yes, I had a few minor issues with the room, however, the staff sorted them out immediately and with a smile. I am heading back to KL in a few weeks and of course, I will be staying here.

Easy and quick check in. Nice breakfast but the breakfast room as same as the hotel room were to cold. TV was not working very well.

I like the location, it's really convenient to go city centre,but i don't like the room hasn't good maintenance,such as bath room hasn't ventilation fan . Reception staff is helpful,but depends who's on duty.
